Horizon numbers

Each Horizon user is allocated a unique number together with a PIN to access the service. With fixed phones, users can also "log on" to the Horizon network so they don't need to key their PIN in every time before making a call. This also enables a "follow-me" type service where users can receive VoIP calls and voicemail on any Horizon phone in their company – regardless of the location. PIN protection can also be disabled in a secure office environment.

Direct Inward Dial numbers

Direct inward dial numbers are also available where off-net callers can dial a local PSTN number which routes directly to a Horizon number.
