Calling
Outgoing calls
- On-net calls from one Horizon number to another – VoIP-to-VoIP calls which enable considerable cost savings for the user as Horizon uses IP bandwidth much more efficiently than other VoIP solutions.
- Off-net calls from a Horizon number to landlines and mobiles. Horizon Globex offers PSTN call termination at highly competitive rates. Alternatively, you may make your own arrangements for call termination and Horizon will route your calls to your Horizon termination server.
Incoming calls
- Two-stage dialling for calls from landlines or mobiles to a Horizon number – where the caller dials a local PSTN number and then a PIN to access the Horizon network and then dials the Horizon number they wish to reach. Alternatively, the caller can dial a local PSTN number and then a Horizon "Alias" number, where calls are routed to the destination without the need to dial a PIN first.
- Direct Inward Dial numbers where off-net callers can dial a local, national or international PSTN number and their call is routed directly to a Horizon number without the need to enter a PIN or Alias number first.
